Announcements and Plans

Hello internet traveler, welcome back to my computer page. I missed you, reader. In fact, I had a dream we surfed across the sweet summer skies as I held your tiny digital tendrils. Together, we admired the setting sun near a spectacular cumulonimbus, then returned to my house for the night. Well, it was my house, except... different. There, we indulged in grapes, fine cheeses and alternating back rubs. I watched peacefully as your aperture eyes sagged into a smiling sleep. I raked my fingers through your soft, silky fur, imagining what wonders you might be dreaming of. As soon as I saw how perfect it all was, a sudden, awakening realization struck me-- how could I have woken up without ever having gone to sleep?

So far in EOTI, I have set up an introduction to some of the main presuppositions of Eastern thought. This foundation will help to guide us into deeper philosophical issues later on. We haven't even touched the topic of morality yet, but I plan to get there very soon and also delve into some other schools of thought. This is an evolving project and I want to give it room to grow, so we'll see where it goes. On that note, I'm excited to announce that EOTI now has an official Twitter page! My plan is to use this platform to expand upon the ideas and topics discussed here. I will be sharing motivational thoughts as well as some occasional photography. It will also open up a platform for public discussion. Follow me!

Like I mentioned, the future of EOTI is evolving. However, my goal is to begin implementing some outside perspectives. I will be interviewing some fascinating people with stories to tell and ideas to explore. At some point, I would love to start creating podcast episodes to really allow me to dive deep into some real, personal discussion and explore the furthest reaches of human thought. This would also give me a lot more freedom to create a unique and entertaining experience.
